Noontek Erp
The idea of the project was launched to solve many of the problems that the company was suffering from, the most important of which were the difficulty of documenting the equipment in the maintenance department and returning to it when needed, counting the shares of the company and investors and their identification papers and informing them of the profits and their shares and all financial matters related to them, managing employees, working hours and vacations, and the company’s financial statements. Represented with charts to easily obtain an overview of the company’s performance and compare profits to the annual plan and previous years.
Investment and stocks
Through this section,it is able to view the investors who have stocks of company and all their financial and personal information. It also includes a section for buying and selling stocks, where could chose first investor (the seller), second investor (the buyer) and selling price per stock. Upon approval, the system transfer the stocks from the first investor to second investor. at the end of this process the system create an automatic bill and re-confirming the process for both investors and their stocks numbers before and after the process. If there is any something went wrong during the sale process, the system returns the stocks to what they were before the sale process and canceles the process.
HR
It includes several sections, the most important section is working hours, where the system records employees’ working hours through the month and calculates working hours, yearly and hourly vacations, and calculates the salary that must be paid to the employee according to what he has achieved in working hours by a complex equation that depends on several measures, including the percentage of full-time work and the employee’s performance by The head of the department and the customer satisfaction rate ...etc. It also includes a section for evaluating employees by department heads, co-workers, and customers, where the employee with the highest efficiency rate appears on the main page of the system and gets a financial rewards.
Finance and accounting
It is considered the most complex and sensitive section of the departments, as it includes all the company’s financial matters, as the company’s expenses and sales are entered for each department separately, such as the hall, the engineering office, the maintenance department, etc., and the annual plan. The system calculates sales, cost of sales, expenses, net profet, and total profit, then compares it with the yearly plan and display the percentages achieved according to the plan, and gives quick reports, whether monthly or yearly , of the company’s financial status, represented by graphical charts.
Maintenance Department
Several employees work in this department at several different positions. The process begins with the receptionist who responsible for registration the customer’s informations and doing a simple scan for the device and entering the issue who need to fix, the date of receipt, the expected date to finish, and the initial cost. Then he send the device to responsible employee according to issue, such as software or hardware, etc. When the process is completed, a notification will be sent to responsible employee, only the chosen employee can see this device and disappears from other employees so that the employee carries out the specified repair and then transfers it to another department if the device needs that and changes the device’s status, whether it is in maintenance or awaiting disconnection from shipping...etc. In the final step, when all repairs to the device are completed, the status is changed to “In Delivery” and returns to the receptionist with a complete report of all the stages the device went through, the parts that were added, and the price of each piece separately. The section also includes the warranty companies that the company has contracted with and the warranty system. The sent devices are registered and their movements are monitored.
Work system
It includes a detailed explanation of each department of the company, the workflow that employees must follow, an explanation of the key points related to their departments, and the daily and permanent tasks.
User management
It includes all employees and their personal and non-personal information, such as contract duration, salary, and identification documents. This section also allows for adding new employees, specifying their rank and the department they work in, and granting them access to certain sections while restricting access to others.
