مشروع الخدمات الجامعية التابع لشركة Seneteam هو نظام لإدارة وتنظيم شؤون الطلاب ووكلاء الجامعة. يتضمن المشروع العديد من المميزات

إضافة عميل
إمكانية إضافة عميل ليتمكن من تسجيل الدخول وإضافة الطلبات للنظام
الإشعارات
يتضمن النظام إشعارات في الوقت الفعلي حيث يتلقى كل من المشرف والوكلاء إشعارات مثل: تمت إضافة طلب جديد بواسطة العميل x، أو قام العميل x بتعديل اسم الطلب، أو رفع ملف قبول جامعي مبدئي، وما إلى ذلك.
دردشة مباشرة
يتضمن المشروع أيضًا محادثة مباشرة بين كل وكيل والمسؤول لإكمال الطلب وتقديم التعليمات المناسبة.
إضافة المنح الجامعية
إضافة منح دراسية للجامعات الخاصة
إضافة الجامعات والأفرع
إضافة الجامعات وفروعها بكافة تفاصيلها مثل معلومات الجامعة العامة ولغة الفرع والسعر والمدينة والموقع
إضافة طلبات التسجيل
إضافة أو فتح طلبات التسجيل للطلاب بكافة معلوماتهم الشخصية والأكاديمية والشهادات
فلتر متقدم للوكلاء
يتضمن النظام فلتر متقدمًا يساعد ويدعم الوكلاء في تقييم الخيارات المتاحة لتلبية احتياجات الطلاب. على سبيل المثال يمكننا تحديد الفروع التي نريد البحث عنها مثل طب الأسنان وهندسة البرمجيات واختيار لغة الفرع المطلوب واختيار الرسوم السنوية واختيار درجة التخصص والضغط على زر البحث لاسترداد كافة الجامعات التي تتضمن فروعا مطابقة لفلتر
عكس فلتر البحث
يمكن استخدام الفلتر أيضًا للبحث العكسي، حيث يمكننا اختيار جامعة أو عدة جامعات لمعرفة الفروع المتوفرة ولغات الفروع والرسوم وغيرها.
